Has anybody been successful in upgrading a G560 to Windows 10 from Windows 7? Canon Mx920 Printer Driver Windows 10 here. I wasn't planning to upgrade yet, it at all, but even though I hadn't requested it, Microsoft downloaded the Windows 10 installation files to my machine and then started an installation which failed at 5% with an error 8019019D. I've been unsuccessful in finding what this error code means. I realise Lenovo haven't approved updates to this model but as the whole process seems to be pretty poorly documented I had hoped someone out there might have completed a successful installation. Thanks to everybody who has responded - I'd pretty much decided that upgrading is probably not worth the effort as Windows 10 is not supported by Lenovo on this model. However, my backup method is to make a regular bootable copy of my hard drive to a pair of drives in USB enclosures using Casper 8, so it wouldn't be difficult to just try it and see what happens - I could swap the drive out if disaster struck and be back to Windows 7 in a trice (well, probably after a lost weekend of making sure Office & Outlook 2010 worked seamlessly and Outlook synchronised to Google using CompanionLink (oh, wait, I'd have to upgrade to the latest version of CompanionLink) and all my peripherals works, and all my other software works, etc,etc. St Microelectronics Free Fall Data Protection Driver Windows 10. ). Or perhaps not - Windows 7 works perfectly well on both my G560 and my refurbished Dell Optiplex, far better and more reliably than XP ever did - and I'll probably need to replace both these computers before MS pulls the plug in 2020, so why give myself all that aggravation?
