Hey, i'm having a lot of difficulties installing an HP PSC 1410 printer, on windows 8.1 Preview. I've downloaded and installed all the recommended drivers and applications, using the AIO installer (provided here: but after installation (including a required reboot), the HP PSC 1410 can't be used as a printer, just as a scanner copier. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, but it had the same affect. I also tried to use the 'HP Printer install wizard' as well as the 'HP Print and scan doctor', but that didn't help either.

The install wizard simply downloads the same AIO suite, while the 'print and scan doctor' detects that another printer is set as default ('send to one note 2013'), but can't set the HP PSC 1410 as the new default (nothing happens when i click the 'set as default' button.
