I'm not that tech savvy- for those who had trouble finding 'Device Manager' with only having tab and arrow keys at your disposal, press on 'command' key to access panel, then use tab key to find 'all apps' at the bottom ->go down to 'Windows system' ->go to 'control panel'->then in search entry you can type in device manager and start steps mentioned in link from there.
